We always prioritize the health and protection of our employees.
"Our comprehensive quality adheres to a 360° all-round concept, integrated into every detail of daily operations. It goes far beyond the EN ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SA 8000 process management certification standards followed by TAIMA. This is made possible by our in-house research laboratory, which conducts rigorous tests on dozens of key items such as finished shoe impact, static pressure and puncture resistance.
Safety, comfort and style are indispensable.
TAIMA boasts a strong and united team of engineers and technicians who firmly practice TAIMA's mission and values and pursue continuous improvement. Our end customers entrust their health and protection to our shoes, and we always keep them in mind, exploring how to better meet their needs with unique products. These products are designed for diverse and extreme work environments, ensuring optimal performance in terms of safety, comfort and style at all times. The three pillars—safety, comfort and style—are equally important and perfectly balanced, jointly upholding the global quality of our shoes.
We are committed to building a dynamic industrial chain and implementing strict management and control, which is fully reflected in the production of high-quality footwear.
Everything starts with strict inspection and testing of incoming materials, covering physical and visual material testing, as well as evaluation of performance quality and the suitability of leather, fabrics and accessories (such as insoles, sheets and toe caps). In our shoe factories, experienced senior technicians conduct quality checks at all production stages, from cutting and edge sewing to assembly.
Each stage is overseen by the Modeling Technology Office, enabling relevant personnel to recognize their role as participants in the quality traceability program—a program aimed at pursuing excellence and leadership.
Applicability
Before launching, TAIMA shoes undergo testing in intended work environments to ensure "applicability", i.e., meeting usage requirements. Each pair of finished shoes goes through over 200 control procedures and widely complies with the strict EN ISO 20345:2022 standard. As a leader in handcrafted products, they deliver maximum safety, outstanding durability and absolute comfort.
